The opening of the EAI military site in Montpellier will come with the reintegration of Guillaut barracks and Montcalm park into the city, thanks in particular to the new tramway line. This proposal crosses the body theme related to the health museum centre with the culture and water topics, to create a new mixed use district.

The layout suggests "another diffuse city", in reference to the physiological concept of diffusion. The project proposes thus that the health museum centre become a creation platform, a space of emulation putting together scientific researchers and artists who use science as a medium.
